We will first find out what type of running/activity, and the frequency, you plan on participating in the shoes. We will then conduct a simple gait analysis just watching you walk in bare feet, or running on the treadmill, to see if there is any pronation issue that needs additional support. We will do a measurement of both feet, using a Brannock Device to asses sizing needs. We will select a minimum of three pair of shoes that we think will cushion and support you properly for your planned usage. We will coach you through the try-on process to make sure you understand what proper fit means. We can watch you walk or run on the treadmill to confirm that the shoe you choose is doing what you need it to do.
We will also make sure that our customers understand the importance of good socks and performance apparel for overall comfort during their workout.
